SBC Exodus Resolution
May 20, 2007Roger Moran and Dr. Bruce Shortt are going to submit a resolution at the upcoming 2007 Southern Baptist Convention that is sure to get a lot of media attention. Rick Scarborough and Voddie Baucham are said to be strongly endorsing this resolution. The resolution will be a call for SBC churches to encourage members to begin and exodus from the public school system and for the churches to start their own private schools. I’ve got to give Hood credit. He doesn’t seem bitter about it although he admitted to some frustration. George spent two days in the hospital afterwards, but is now planning another try. He figures he spent a lot of time getting in shape and he wants to set a record and be published. This summer he is shooting for a 101 hour ride. Good luck George, I sincerely hope you do it. You might want to have a serious training session for the people logging information for you this time around.
Oh yeah, kudos on raising almost $30,000 in the process.

I guess those who say environmentalism is becoming a religion are right.
